Problem

A government judiciary authority responsible for administering courts and judicial services within a regulated financial jurisdiction required a more effective HR system to support its judicial, legal, and administrative workforce. The existing HR solution presented several challenges, including usability limitations, restricted configuration, and slow vendor support.

The organization operates under strict governance, compliance, and confidentiality requirements, and manages complex internal processes such as role-based performance evaluations and more than 20 internal HR and finance forms. These requirements could not be adequately supported.

In addition, the solution lacked reliable integration with on-premise attendance devices and banking systems used for payroll processing, and did not fully support the organization's requirement for an on-premise deployment.
